As the spring weather warms us, your home can be in the midst of a cooling trend with a few helpful hints. Change out heavy linens and table runners for lighter, sheerer fabrics in current color ways or crisp white linens. Add clear, reflective surfaces like apothecary jars filled with lemons, vases filled with loose bouquets of gerberas or sweet peas, or create an edgier streamlined look with succulents or orchids...simple yet elegant. Edit the clutter in your home and visually expand your horizons with a round area rug, giving the appearance of a much larger space.
